Access Requirements

Agent communication with the Interguard cloud server requires Internet access to specific websites. Make sure your network allows the following access. 

Ports and security

• Port 443 - The agent uses port 443 on the device for all communication.  
• TLS 1.2 or higher - All websites below require a minimum of TLS 1.2 to accept communication.

Website Access - U.S. Region 

• To access the console app, log in to your account at: 
  https://app.interguardsoftware.com
  or https ://app.mycontrolconsole.com - if using a "MyControl" Console
• The console app requires background access to the following domains:
  https://api.interguardsoftware.com
  https://sonarissecurity.com - to download the agent installer
• The Interguard agents (at endpoints) require access to: 
  https://a1client.veriatocloud.com - Windows and Mac Agents
  https://svc.sonarcentral.com - for settings updates
  https://data.sonarcentral.com - to upload data 
  https://download.interguardsoftware.com - for agent and category updates

Website Access - Europe Region

• To access the console app, log in to your account at: 
  https://app.veriato.eu
• The console app requires background access to the following domains:
  https://appapi.veriato.eu/
  https://api.veriato.eu/
  https://download.veriato.eu   
• The Interguard agents require access to:
  https://a1client.veriato.eu/ - Windows/Mac endpoints only
  https://data.veriato.eu/v51/clientservice.asmx - Chrome/Android endpoints only
