Mac Uninstall

Uninstall Mac Agent version 10.0.x

To uninstall the agent from an endpoint:  

1. Contact Support and request the Mac Uninstaller.
   Veriato Support will provide you with a link to the Uninstaller and your Uninstaller token phrase.
2. Download the Uninstaller.
   You will run the Uninstaller with the token phrase as the passphrase.
3. Open a Mac Terminal to run the Uninstaller with the token phrase.
   For example (your token phrase will be different):
   sudo /Users/admin1/Desktop/MacUninstaller xyzfulltokenphraseG8uruqA=="
   Press Return.
4. The agent is uninstalled and the device restarts.
   Data for the user and device is accessible until the end of your Data Viewing Period.
